Platform for Peace & Justice has released its report on the abolition of independence and impartiality of judiciary in Turkey. The comprehensive report which has been prepared by a group of human rights lawyers and activists examines how the executive has taken control of judicial bodies in the country. The report calls on the ECHR to take the given examples of non-independence and non-impartiality of judiciary into account in its verdicts regarding the applications of tens of thousand of violations of human rights. According to the report,  domestic remedies have already become ineffective including the Constitutional Court.
